• Automatic Approval: The complex process of changing land use under Section 80 has been abolished.
• Master Plan Linkage: Once a building map (Naksha) is passed according to the Master Plan, the land use is automatically deemed approved. No separate certification is required, significantly saving time for setting up industries.

3. Private Business Park Policy:

• Plug-and-Play Model: Investors can now develop business parks where the government provides the land and the investor brings the capital.
• Revenue Sharing: A transparent revenue-sharing model has been established between the state and the private developer.
