  • The ministry of civil aviation introduced the Cape Town Convention Bill to implement the Cape Town Protocol in India.
  • The Protocol provides for basic default remedies for a creditor such as de-registration, the export of aircraft as part of speedy interim relief and a universally applicable legal regime in case of disputes.
